Great Sql knowledge (Triggers, Store procedures)

The project is split into 2 different stages.
First stage is programming and bug testing.
Second phase is design which will be done as another project!

Select type of&nbsp;character (Business man, hitman, robber, stockbroker etc)
Buy weapons and factories
Buy stock
Buy land to build factories

You can take a look at bgmafia.com and thecrims.com for features that I look for, however but what I want is something new with completely different game logic. All your ideas are appreciated, the better the script, the more will be spent on marketing and advertising.

The site should be dynamic, meaning menu items, images and text can be added or removed by me.
XML or other solutions!
I do not need the shoppingcart, just the 5 pages seen on the attachments!
