1. Client's Goal:

The client wants an exceptional delivery app with an emphasis on user-friendliness, brand enhancement, user engagement, and a competitive edge.

2. My Role:

As the designer, I'm responsible for UI/UX design, user research, information architecture, visual design, usability testing, and collaboration with the development team.

3. Project Success:

Success is measured by high user satisfaction, improved metrics (downloads, retention, orders), brand enhancement, gaining a competitive edge, and efficient development.
