The design of the palace was designed by the famous architect Pavel Ivanovich Golandsky, for whom he received an order in the fall of 1910. The construction was complicated by the fact that the customer (Nadiya Volodymyrivna Tereshchenko) spent a lot of time abroad (England, France), so when she came to the construction she saw differences with the approved drawings, which contributed to conflicts with the architect.
Next to the palace was laid out a park designed by master Arnold Regel. There is information that exotic fruits were grown in nearby greenhouses. After the construction was completed, the palace was used as a country house. The palace was looted after the October coup and gradually destroyed, and its bricks were used in the construction of village houses.
