Требуется переводчик с профильным (юридическим) образованием или солидным опытом перевода юридических текстов.

Заказы регулярные, к выполнению первого необходимо приступить уже сегодня, сдача не позже полуночи четверга (всего есть 60+ тыс знаков, разобью между переводчиками).

В качестве тестового задания предлагаю перевести следующий отрывок:

The Consultant hereby agrees to keep confidential the Confidential Information except where the Confidential Information was already lawfully known, or became lawfully known to the Consultant Party independently and to use the Confidential Information only for the performance of this Contract. The Consultant undertakes to inform the officers, employees, agents and advisers whom are required in the course of their duties to execute the Contract as to the confidential nature of the Information and to bind all such persons to written confidentiality undertakings on terms substantially similar to the confidentiality provisions of this Contract. This clause shall survive the termination of the Contract.
