Feb2006 – Present MERA Networks
Project manager, acting as a responsible for project development according to PROPS (Ericsson model for project development) standards. Have been managing all design and testing processes within the project, established active risk assessment sessions on a regular basis. Have worked on project steering documents creation, time plans, human and HW resource plans, budget, etc. Have been maintain project specific schedules / project plans and obtain client agreement to the project schedule and agreed to work items. Have been responsible for deliveries handling and project compliance to milestones during project life cycle. Throughout the project execution keep in touch with customers in order to inform them about project status and stay focus on satisfying customer needs. Had 1 months on-site training and participated in Face2Face meetings at TietoEnator and Ericsson, Sweden. (On maternity leave since 06/2007 till 08/2008)
Oct 2003 – Feb2006 MERA Networks
Team leader, at Nortel Network French department, and later in TietoEnator/Ericsson Swedish department. Have been managing a team of test engineers; have defined test strategy, worked on test planning and new features integration. Writing automated functional tests in Windows and Unix OS (Solaris) environment, developed test plans for performance testing. Managed the takeover for both test projects, including extensive communications with the customers; was responsible for communication with design and other teams. Had 2 months on-site training in software testing and Ericsson equipment areas at Sweden, TietoEnator.
